I have been asked how I came up with the title of the book. Many years ago, a doctor client brought a new prospect to my office. He was a very successful, recently retired
businessman. In the process of the interview, he asked me “How do I know you won’t steal my money?”
No one had ever asked me that before, but my answer was “You don’t know, and if you don’t know, what other questions should you ask?”
We then made a really interesting list, and he became a wonderful client.
